These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qb99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the qb99 website, mobile site, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live casino, and payment processing (collectively, the "Services"). Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on qb99. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a different mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qb99 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts without notice and to forfeit any balances held within those accounts pending investigation.

qb99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme for all registered accounts in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You are required to submit identity verification documents within the timeframe specified by qb99 following account creation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period may result in your account being restricted, including restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain Services.

Accepted KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA). qb99 may also require a utility bill, bank statement, or other documentary proof of address dated within the past ninety days. All documents must be provided in clear, legible form. qb99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

qb99 does not charge fees for standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside qb99's control. It is your responsibility to check for any applicable fees with your payment service provider before initiating a transaction.

qb99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer ("Offer Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the Offer Terms for a specific bonus, the Offer Terms shall prevail in relation to that specific bonus only.

All content on the qb99 platform — including but not limited to the qb99 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, images, game assets, audio, and software — is the proprietary property of qb99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the qb99 platform without the prior written consent of qb99. Unauthorised use of qb99 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if qb99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit qb99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. qb99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your qb99 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if qb99 reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; maintaining the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to qb99; or the account holder has provided false or misleading information at any point.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting qb99 support. Upon voluntary closure, qb99 will process any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds in the account. Accounts closed at your request may be reopened by contacting qb99 support, subject to qb99's approval.

qb99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
